Cancellation PolicyRight of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract you concluded with us within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([Your Company Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear declaration (e.g., via email).

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs earlier.


Returning the Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to our print-on-demand partner without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary
to assess their condition, properties, and functionality.


Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are custom-printed using the print-on-demand process and tailored to the customer’s personal specifications.


Return and Exchange Policy

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, our print-on-demand partner Spreadshirt offers a 30-day exchange guarantee. As each product is individually manufactured and printed for you through the print-on-demand process, returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Defective Goods: If the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the ordered item, Spreadshirt will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

  • Fit or Design Changes: For returns due to fit or personal taste (e.g., design), Spreadshirt offers an exchange or a voucher for future purchases. Refunds are excluded unless the product is defective.


Return Shipping Costs

For orders below €40, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For orders of €40 or more, Spreadshirt will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to a defect. Prior contact with our customer service is required to initiate the return process. In many cases, a resolution can be found without requiring a return, saving time and resources.


Sustainability Notice

Both Spreadshirt and we are committed to sustainability. As all items are custom-made and printed for you, they cannot be resold. Returned items are either donated or recycled to responsibly utilize resources. To avoid unnecessary exchanges and shipping, we kindly ask you to consult the size chart before purchasing.

Instructions for Returns via Spreadshirt

  1. Click on the "Return" link in your shipping confirmation email from our print-on-demand partner.

  2. Select your return reason and preferred return option.

  3. After shipping the package, Spreadshirt will process your return within 7 days.
